Policies & Terms

RETAINER:

Orders placed 8 weeks or more before the event date will be subject to a retainer of 5O% of the total cost to confirm and hold a reservation. Orders placed within 8 weeks of the event date will be required to pay in full when order is placed. Retainers are due along with a signed order agreement. Remaining balances are due 14 days prior to the scheduled event date. Retainers not received in time will be subject to cancellation of the order. Orders are not confirmed until receipt of signed agreement and retainer.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS:

Cancellations made 14 days prior to the event date will receive a refund of 50% of the order total. Cancellations made 8-13 days prior will receive a 25% refund. Cancellations made within 7 days are non refundable and are subject to the full order total.
